Immediately after your payment is confirmed by Paddle, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. The link is valid for 30 days and can be downloaded multiple times. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

All payments are handled by Paddle, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region. BetterAFK never sees or stores your card details.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it. In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Yes! All products include lifetime updates. When a new version is released, you'll receive an email with the updated download link at no extra cost.

Your license covers personal use on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with others. See our Terms of Service for full license details.

Enter your coupon code in the "Discount Code" field on the checkout page and click Apply. Valid codes will immediately reduce your total. Coupon codes cannot be combined and may have expiry dates.
