BetterAFK Console is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned or resold. Because the product files are accessible immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds except where the product is proven to be non-functional as described, or where you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law.
If you believe the product is not working as described, contact us at support@betterafk.com within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue and we will work to resolve it.
BetterAFK is the seller of record for all purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
EU Customers: By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a product that is faulty or not as described.
