You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at support@betterafk.com with your order ID and the reason for your request.
All BetterAFK products are digital goods delivered instantly via download link. Because of the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns once a download has been accessed. However, we will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within the 14-day window if:
